The outstanding Samantha Humphrey joined us at the beginning of this month, and she has already made a big impact on our team.
Sam's primary focus will be working with middle management communities, helping them to engage their people better, have outstanding performance and development conversations and being the driving force for change in the organisations that they operate in.
Sam spent nearly two decades developing people in one of the UK's best-known financial services organisations before spending time overseeing a service and sales function in a growing tech business.

Sam helps managers in fast-moving, customer-facing businesses to have great conversations about performance and development. She believes that empowering managers to foster excellent working relationships by embedding strong, honest, and trustful communication skills leads to positive and productive change in organisations. It is the quality of these interactions that are at the heart of culture and engagement, and Sam pinpoints the specific skills that exceptional managers employ to achieve this; she is committed to imparting knowledge to as many people-managers as possible. Sam's experience in retail, technology and as a learning and development expert in the financial services sector drives her belief that real change in organisations happens when the middle management community are motivated, engaged, developed and inspired.
