Why I founded the Academy

After thirty years in L&D, I saw the same pattern again and again. Training became the first response, not always the right one. Talented teams stayed busy while real influence sat elsewhere.

 

I founded the TwentyOne Leadership L&D Academy to change that.

 

To help L&D professionals ask better questions, make stronger judgements, and earn credibility with leaders, all while making a huge impact on the success of the business or organisation.
