And here is the strategic framework. I'm sure it's obvious, but I didn't mention it on the day, this is purely illustrative in terms of how many enabling objectives and sub-objectives you may have in a strategy, The important things are:
that all of your objectives at all levels are completely SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound)
that you stick to the process of systematically breaking down the objective above rather than jumping from enabling objective straight to the actions
