I was a pleasure to work with you and explore The House of Hoburne together as a leadership group.


Here are the flipcharts from the day.



Remember that living your purpose and values isn't just about creating the right culture, although that is really important. If you want your people to follow you with commitment and energy and see you as an authentic and congruent leader, then you must 'do what you say on the tin' culturally and strategically.


For those of you who want to ask the big six ALIGNED®️ questions to your team, here they are:


  1. What is strategy?

  2. What is your key strategic objective?

  3. What is culture?

  4. On a scale of 1 - 6, to what degree does the current culture support the delivery of the strategy?

  5. What is the distinction between guest service and guest experience?

  6. If I were a guest or customer of Hoburne, what experience would you want me to have?


Remember, when you have true alignment across these six questions, you will have a competitive edge over 99% of other organisations. Imagine the impact that would have on guest satisfaction, holiday home sales and business performance.
