I'm looking forward to seeing you all next week as we work together during the final workshop of the programme.
The workshop has three main elements:
The final learning on leadership of this programme, including a focus on influence, advanced communication and leading the X
Your project presentation
A final review of your learning and commitment to your next steps
It is really important that the presentation doesn't become the sole focus of the workshop, but I know you want to do a great job, so here are some of the logistics.
You will be presenting in three subgroups, with time slots of around 30 minutes. Your presentation should last 12-15 minutes, with up to 10 minutes of Q&A, plus time to set up the next presentation. You won't know exactly who you will be presenting to until the day, but each group will have at least one senior guest.
The Q&A will mainly focus on your project, but there is likely to be some questions about learning and commitments from the programme.
You will have some time to finalise and run through your presentation during our first afternoon together. We've kept the evening quite informal in case anyone wants to spend time after the group finishes on day 1; however, please come with your presentation largely shaped. Please also remember the learning you've had so far on structuring outcomes and presenting (including things like 4MAT, credible and approachable, outcomes based on communication and everything about state).
If you have any other questions ahead of the event, please either email me via richard@twentyoneleadership.com or call me on 07932725113.
Other than that, I look forward to seeing you at Beaumont at 09:30 on Wednesday, 10th September.
