It hit me a couple of weeks ago.


We need to do better for you.


We land in your inbox every week, sharing our thoughts about leadership.


But we aren’t focused enough on you and your challenges and opportunities.


So, as a team, we’re starting to make some changes.  


And we want your help.  


It will be an evolution rather than revolution.  


Rather than being focused on what we think is important in that moment, the emails you get from us will be more focused on the problems we know you have as leaders in fast paced, complex organisations.
