I look forward to seeing you again next week as we explore more ways to lead the business together as a Senior Leadership Team. In this session, we'll delve deeper into collaboration, accountability, and challenging conversations, all built on a foundation of understanding how you, your colleagues, your teams, and your bosses think, process, and communicate.

The formal outcomes are that, by applying your learning and insights, you will:

  • Be even more coherent as a team of senior leaders, leading to more collaboration and connection.

  • Be even better at challenging each other and your teams, through a greater understanding of how each other thinks, processes and communicates.

  • Be even better at driving accountability and having challenging conversations that achieve a positive result.

Date and Times: Tuesday, 8th July. Arrive at 09:00 for a 09:30 start. We will finish at 15:00. Venue: Hurst Castle Room, Rhinefield House Hotel, SO42 7QB. Other information: Feel free to come dressed in whatever you feel most comfortable learning in. Please bring something to write on and with.
