Coaching Mastery at Parkdean Resorts

I am excited to work with you as we dive deep into coaching and dramatically increase your capability to coach your people to achieve their potential.

Whether you already have a flavour for coaching during other development programmes or this is your first time exploring it, this workshop will be transformational.

The Outcomes

By applying your learning and insights from this experience, you will:

  • Coach your people regularly, resulting in improved performance, development or insights

  • Be a proponent for a coaching culture at Parkdean Resorts

  • Use coaching-related tools in a range of situations beyond formal coaching sessions

  • Develop your people to be better coaches and better coachees

  • Coach and mentor talented people in other areas of the organisation

Overall, I want this experience to be transformative for you and your people. You will be able to coach them to perform better and more consistently, to problem solve and self-develop, but you should also be able to coach yourself in new and powerful ways.

Preparing to get the most from the programme

Please watch the video below. It poses some important questions that you need to consider before you come to the live workshop.

As well as doing lots of coaching during the workshop, you will be coached numerous times. Please think of a range of real opportunities and challenges you can be coached on live in the room. A side benefit of this experience is that you will get a load of new insights, ideas and solutions to make a difference in your work and life.

On the afternoon of day 2 of the workshop, you will have time for a live coaching session with one of your team members. I really encourage you to do this, as you will return to a safe and supportive environment. Please cue your potential coachee that this is possible between 1:45 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. on day 2.

We will follow up on the live two-day workshop with a 60-minute follow-up call. During this call, we will reflect on your experiences of applying what you learned from the programme, what has been a success and how you will continue your journey as a coach.
