It was brilliant to work with you again in Singapore last week. I appreciate your patience with my voice. I'm now fully recovered!
Before I share the full set of flipcharts, please remember to send your end of programme mini report to your line manager and to Donna.
Remember the headings are:
What were your key learning and insights from the whole programme?
What have you already applied from the programme?
What are their 1-month, 3-month and 6-month commitments to put your learning into action?
How has or will the programme add value and/or provide ROI in their business?
Several of you indicated that a programme in 2026 for the AGMs and Contract Managers would be useful. I think this is a possibility, but only if we're able to collectively show the business impact of this programme.
If there's anything I can do to support you in shaping this, please let me know.
Here are the flipcharts from the session.
Several of you asked for a soft copy of the workbook so you can use some of the models with your team. Here's a PDF file.
Here is a video of Patrick Lencioni discussing his book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
When I shared the Impossible Project process with you, I was thinking about what additional resources I could share that might be useful in supporting the thought process.
The video below is a slightly different take on how to create unexpected value for customers and clients from the brilliant Rory Sutherland.
If you enjoy his perspective, he has several other TED Talks, and his book Alchemy is excellent too.
One final request from me. I would love some feedback on the programme. Please scan the QR code below and answer seven simple questions. It should take around 4 minutes.

Thank you for being part of a brilliant leadership programme. I hope to work with you again in 2026.
