One of the things that struck me during the day was that there were several occasions when you called to deliver some challenging messages to each other.
I value the way you did that.
While being outcome oriented will always be my starting point, the ability to communicate directly with care is also a guiding principle.
It brought to mind the work of Kim Scott, which I value very highly.
