Inspiring Leadership - Workshop 1 Preparation
The first event focuses primarily on the top four characteristics that, when demonstrated consistently, make us outstanding leaders. These are particularly important to master in a complex, fast-paced and fast-growing environment like yours.
To help you prepare for the session, I would like you to answer the following three simple questions.
What is the distinction between managing and leading?
What would you guess are the top four characteristics that make us outstanding leaders?
What will make this leadership-focused day outstandingly valuable for you?

Workshop 1 date and times: 12th October, starting at 09:30 and finishing at 16:00
Location: The collaboration room
What to bring, what to wear and how to show up: We will provide programme materials, so you just need to bring something to write with. There isn't a dress code; most people come to our programmes dressed as they would for work. I am very conscious that some people come to our programmes excited and see them as an opportunity to learn, grow and develop. Others come a little more tentatively and occasionally a little sceptical. My request is that whichever of these describes you best, come with an open mind. Participants in our programmes are consistently surprised both by how much they get out of them and how much they enjoy them.
