Hi everyone, it was great to meet and work with you all recently on the 1st and 2nd of August. I hope that you enjoyed the two days as much as I did and found it useful for both your personal and team development. This is your welcome page for day three that will be taking place on the 5th of September.
Below are the flip chart visuals from the first two days. Can I recommend, before we are all together again on the 5th of September, that you familiarise yourself with them along with the notes and action planning that you did in your workbooks.
Take some time, before day three, to review the actions you wrote and be prepared to share an update during our afternoon peer to peer coaching sessions.
The session where we explored the distinction between leading and managing (on the business versus in the business), the umbrella model and the top four leadership characteristics seemed to really hit home with many of you. Here is a link to a short article from Jim Kouzes, which recaps those top four characteristics.
