Thank you for being a great group to work with, and for living up to all expectations of a UK BUL group.

Here are the flipcharts from the second workshop.

During the coaching workshop, I mentioned Michael Neill. He is a coach who was really formative in my career. Here is his brilliant TED Talk that links really closely to the messages I shared during the Maps of the World session. It's well worth a watch.

Here's a quick video I found which includes a useful recap on the SCARF model.

And here's the full video of Patrick Lencioni exploring his five dysfunctions of a team.

Reflection and transfer of learning

Please take a moment to scan the barcode and share your thoughts on the session. This is an important part of the review process and will help shape future programmes.

Finally, here are the commitment and review documents that you have submitted. These are being shared with your line managers and other senior leaders to ensure they support you and to support accountability.

If you haven't already captured your activities, download your document again and build your plan to put even more of your learning into action.

As always, if you have any other questions or if I can do anything to help you make the most of the experience you've had, either email me at richard@twentyoneleadership.com, or drop me a message on the WhatsApp group.
