I'm really looking forward to working with you all again for the second Leadership Collective event.
This event will focus on the transition from peer to manager and the challenges that come from managing former peers (and, in some cases, friends).
In truth, this transition is hard because it requires a shift in identity and the creation of some clear and purposeful boundaries. This workshop will help with that transition, both practically and from a mindset perspective.
