Please take some time to review and reflect on three things:

1. The Neurological Levels and their implications. Who are you showing up as and how does that influence what you do?

2. The Action Centred Leadership model. Do you manage what you need to across the three areas and prioritise managing things that impact on all three?

3. Do you need to contract or re-contract with anyone in your team? If so, use the four points as a template for your conversation.
