I am really looking forward to working with you during the upcoming Executive Team Leadership Programme.


The purpose of this page is to give you a flavour of what to expect and to help you get the most from each session. While I want you to have a great experience, it is even more important to me that the programme adds value to you as a leader, to the Executive Team as a whole and to the business.


Programme Outcomes


As a result of applying your learning and insights, you will:


  • Operate as an even more aligned and even more high-performing Executive Leadership Team

  • Individually and collectively lead the strategy and culture to deliver your commercial and customer metrics

  • Set the standards for how other teams in the organisation work, collaborate and communicate

  • Be even better Executive Leaders in the Siemens business.


The Logistics


The workshops will be held in the Leadership Meeting Room in Newcastle.


Each day will start at 09:30 and finish around 16:00.


Workshop 1: Creating an Aligned Leadership Community - 7th April

Workshop 2: TransformationalLeadership - 18th May

Workshop 3: Leading Culture - 13th July

Workshop 4: Shaping 2027 and beyond- 21st September


I will provide a workbook that includes the models and frameworks we will explore, along with space to make notes. This should become a toolkit that helps you to apply your learning back in the workplace.


Workshop 1 - Preparation, Impact and Evaluation
