Ahead of the first day, I would like you to reflect on the following questions and bring your answers to the first day.
What is the distinction between leading and managing?
We will explore the four key characteristics that followers want from leaders; what do you think they may be?
What is strategy?
What is culture?
What is the distinction between customer service and customer experience?
Venue: The main training room at Head Office in Gosforth
Timings: Day 1 09:30 – 17:00. Day 2 09:00 – 16:00
What to wear and bring: Please wear what you are most comfortable learning in. Most people chose to dress casually. I will provide a workbook in which to capture your insights. You just need something to write with and a tonne of energy.
