Hi Team, it was great to work with you during your event in Broken Arrow. I am grateful for the welcome you gave me and for your continued commitment to the process.
I appreciate that some moments during my time with you were challenging, but I strongly believe that the work we did and the time you spent together after I left have laid the foundation for a successful year and beyond.

His book Atomic Habits is outstanding, his weekly newsletter is one of my must-reads, and he has dozens of accessible videos on YouTube. This is particularly relevant during periods of real change." The work so far lays an excellent foundation. By definition, that means it is just the tip of the iceberg. What you do next will define this team's legacy. This includes:
what you follow through on
the promises to keep to each other
what you model to the organisation
how you continue to treat conflict or challenge
the degree to which you commit to building this team as a high-performing fully aligned team
