I'm looking forward to working with you again on our second workshop together.
I've called this session The Confidence Code.
Together we'll uncover the secret of confidence and how we can be as confident as we need to be in any situation in a heartbeat.
Vitally, we will explore the importance and impact of confidence in our performance as leaders and how we can use it to support and influence our people.
As with the first workshop, expect something fast-paced, practical and enjoyable. Please come ready to contribute, explore and challenge.
To get the most from the event, please reflect on three things beforehand:
Think of someone that you consider to be really, genuinely confident.
In what situations would you like to be more confident?
In your view, what is the opposite of confidence?
