I was great to work with you and to explore the fundamentals of leadership.

I hope you took lots of insights and actions from the session, but one of them must be to continually to work to demonstrate the top four characteristics to your people and each other.


During the conversation we talked about being transparent and having difficult conversations when they are needed. I mentioned Kim Scott's work. This is a great introduction to her work around Radical Candor.



In our next session in March, we'll deliver more into the the characteristics of high performance teams and how you get get the most out of how you operate as a new and growing team.
