Well, what a fabulous finale to the programme. The presentations hit the mark, and the reactions surpassed expectations. You should be very proud.

It is also important to remember, review, reflect on, and put into action the learnings from day one. Take time to revisit the session on 'Maps of the World' and the Principles of Influence. Beyond that, here are my top tips for keeping your learning alive:

• Teach others your key lessons from the programme

• Make regular appointments with yourself to revisit the learning

• Corral other members of the group to form coaching or accountability groups

• Ask your line manager to keep you accountable

• Keep reading, listening, watching and challenging yourself. Leadership is a practice.
