From HR Expert to Credible Consultant: Demonstrating Gravitas, Credibility and Impact at Parkdean Resorts - Follow Up

It was such a pleasure to work with you last week as we explored gravitas, professionalism, credibility, presence and confidence in an HR setting.

Above everything else, I appreciated your openness, vulnerability and grit.

While we didn't commit to specific group actions, in my view, it is vital that you continue to show up for your partners and internal stakeholders with the same standards and energy you did on the day.

I would also love to hear some of the success stories of how you have taken your personal insights into your day-to-day work and what difference this has made. Let me know your wins via richard@twentyoneleadership.com or message me on 07932725113.

I'd also encourage you to remember my opening session and the reality that we can create our relationship and communication in more useful ways by understanding how we create our internal representations of external events.

Remember the question, "What else could be true"?

The same, of course, is true for ourselves. We create our personal brand from the inside out. We can do all the work in the world on aesthetics, but until we feel comfortable and confident in ourselves and believe that we have all the resources to achieve what we want, little of the external work will have an impact.

Finally, for those of you who have read this far, I have two copies of my best-selling book 'The 50 Secrets of Self-Confidence' on my desk right now.

The first two people who email me to ask for them can have them.

Stay confident.

Richard
