Do you believe that confidence and performance are linked?
In most leadership programmes we run, confidence becomes a hot topic.
Leaders believe that confidence helps them make clearer decisions.
Confident teams move faster.
Confident cultures create momentum.
Despite 20 years of developing leaders and helping them build confidence, I've never found credible research linking confidence and performance at work.
So I'm working with a brilliant group of students at the London School of Economics who are exploring exactly that.
They are researching how confidence shows up in real organisations and whether it has a tangible impact on performance.
To make their study meaningful, they need real data from real leaders. This is where you come in.
If you have two minutes, please complete their short questionnaire. Your insight will help shape new research into a topic that I believe affects every team and every organisation.
Thank you for adding your voice to an important conversation.
