Following our recent conversations, this short proposal outlines a programme designed to strengthen the MD and senior leadership community across EMEA North.
The intention is simple: to develop leaders who are not only more confident and capable but who also strengthen the performance of the entire region.
What’s Holding This Group Back?
Our discussions highlighted five key development areas for this group:
Creating and executing medium and long-term strategy
Empowering teams to operate without constant senior intervention
Building high-performing, empowered teams
Holding challenging conversations that lead to positive outcomes
Leading performance management – both remedial and developmental
These are not generic leadership topics. They reflect the real-world barriers and opportunities affecting performance and potential in the region.
Our programme will tackle each head-on.
The Programme Structure
The proposed intervention includes three integrated stages:
Strategic and executive leadership - A high-impact 1½ day face to face workshop which directly addresses challenges 1 and 2.
Group Leadership Coaching - A practical 60-minute live online workshop focused on performance management (challenge 5), followed by real-time coaching to apply learning to live leadership challenges.
Building high-performing teams, handling difficult conversations, and influencing with impact. A fast-paced 1½ day face to face session focused on challenges 3 and 4.
Each session will be high-challenge, commercially relevant, and completely practical.
Participants will be asked to identify key business priorities that this programme can influence, and they will track the impact of their development on those priorities. The programme will also help to bring to life the 4Es and a 1P, which were popularised by Jack Welsh.
What About Time?
Time is one of the biggest barriers for senior leaders at CBRE. With client demands, business pressures, and stakeholder expectations, the idea of stepping back can feel impossible.
But the reality is this: investing time now will save far more time later.
This programme is designed to help this group to spend more time on the business – shaping the future, building capability, and driving long-term performance – and less time in the business, firefighting and filling the gaps.
Investment
The full programme, including all design, facilitation, materials and delivery, is £15,500 + VAT. Travel and accommodation are charged at cost.
