A couple of things for you to think about:


When we spoke about Performance Management, it was clear there needs to be some clarification and agreement on the definitions and approach. Once you've got these clear, it'll make agreeing objectives and aligning the process much easier.


When working on your presentations, don't forget to be crystal clear on your Outcomes and make sure you consider the Why? What? How? and What Else? messages for maximum impact.
