It was great to work with you during the first workshop of the programme. You lived up to expectations, and I'm already looking forward to seeing you all again in September.
At the end of the page are all of the responses to the four questions that I set to help you integrate and transfer your learning. This page will be shared with the UK leadership team, who will use it for follow-up conversations. If you haven't sent me your answers to these questions yet, forward them to me, and I'll add them to the page.
Here are the flipcharts from the session.
And here is a PDF of the workbook.
Here is a video review of the Personality Programmes.
I thought it might be useful to share this video recap of the ALIGNED methodology. It's a few years old, but the key points are still in there.
I mentioned the "how to create a mission statement that doesn't suck" video. It's a great reminder to keep your vision simple, inclusive and uncomplicated.
Here are two more videos worth watching.
Here's James Clear on breaking and building habits
And finally, for now, if you want to learn more about the power of being purposeful with your physiology and how it influences others' perceptions of you, this TED Talk by Professor Amy Cuddy is well worth 20 minutes of your time.
Here are the commitment and business impact documents that you shared.
