Firstly, thank you for your support, time, and advocacy that helped make the first workshop of the Business Unit Leadership Programme a huge success. The group were a credit to you and showed up in a way that ensured everyone got the most from the event. I have created this page to help you support your team to get the most value from the first workshop. My number one request is that if you haven't already, you watch the 3 - 5 minute video that your reports recorded at the end of the workshop. In it, they will have summarised their key learnings, how they will apply them and the impact that the learnings will have on their business. I know your time is precious and scarce, but a brief follow-up on the application of their learning each month between now and the second event in October will make a massive difference in the impact of the programme.

If I can assist with the follow-up process in any way or if you would like to discuss the first workshop, please let me know, and I'll be happy to set up a call. Or feel free to call me on +447932725113.

Here is a summary report of the participant feedback from the first session.

The rest of this page is a copy of what your people have received via Donna to follow up on their experience.

Richard

It truly was a pleasure to work with you during the event in Manila. It was a special group to work with.

Here are the flipcharts from the session.

Next up, here's a video recap of the Personality Programmes.

And here's a recap of The Solutions Focus

Continuing on the video theme, here is a brilliant summary of what is required to make or break a habit from the author of Atomic Habits. I highly recommend watching it as you consider how to embed your learning and insights.

Finally for the video recaps, here is an excellent scientific example of the impact of physiology on emotional states and performance. Dr Cuddy's experiments are outstanding.

If you haven't already done so, please share the video you made at the end of the workshop with your line manager. It is a great way to keep your commitments and drive impact. If you have any questions following the workshop or want to follow up on any of our conversations, please email me at richard@twentyoneleadership.com or call or WhatsApp me at +447932725113. I'll see you again in October in Singapore. I'll be in touch with some pre-thinking and logistics closer to the event. Warmest wishes, Richard
