Bringing Governance To Life - Welcome

I am looking forward to working with you during the upcoming governance workshop. The purpose of this page is to give you a flavour of what to expect from the session and to help you prepare to get the most from it.

Outcomes

As a result of applying the learning and insights from this event, you will:

• Have a clear and shared understanding of what governance is, why it matters and how it supports decisions around strategy, culture and customers

• Have a shared understanding of your governance responsibilities as board members

• Identify areas of performance that will be positively impacted as a result of the governance review

• Model the way individually and collectively when it comes to governance – leading the way for the rest of the organisation to empower and escalate in the right way at the right time
