I also promised to share this video, which adds more detail to the high-functioning team model I briefly introduced towards the end of the session. If you're interested in supporting your teams to be the best they can be, I'd highly recommend giving it a watch.



I hope to explore the top four characteristics that followers want from leaders in more detail with you next year; however, if you'd like to explore that more in the meantime, I would recommend The Leadership Challenge by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. It is a fantastic and practical read.
