It was great to work with you and explore how you continue to develop from being a very good team to being an elite team.
Here are the flipcharts from the session, including the combined picture of your combined personality programme preferences.
I also promised to share a video reviewing each of the personality programmes. Here it is.
Here is the brilliant overview of the Five Dysfunctions of a Team from Patrick Lencioni
Here are three final challenges from me following workshop 1
Continue to use your 'crown behaviours' at every opportunity. Remember to affirm when they are demonstrated at least as much as challenging when they aren't.
Keep the elite team challenge front of mind. Regularly ask yourselves and colleagues, if we really are an elite team, how would we approach this situation?
Continue to use the personality programmes to influence and positively exploit each other.
Workshop 2
Workshop 2 on 28th April will focus primarily on you as leaders. We will explore the top four leadership characteristics in more detail and further reflect on what you stand for as a leader and on the right balance between 'on the business' and 'in the business'.
To help prepare for the session, please take a moment to reflect on the following:
If the day helps you to be an even better leader, how will you know? What will you do more, or less of? What will your people experience differently?
If the whole team raised their leadership capability to an even higher level, how would that impact the business?
If there was one specific thing you wanted to explore about leadership, what would it be?
We will start the day at 09:00 and finish at 16:00.
