It was great to be back with you for our third session together. I enjoyed hearing how you stuck to your commitments over the summer, and exploring strategy and vision and how they work together.
Here are the flipcharts from the session.
Please take a moment to reflect on the six aligned questions:
What is strategy?
What is your strategic objective?
What is culture?
On a scale of 1 -, 6 to what degree does the current culture support the delivery of the strategy?
What is the distinction between service and experience?
What is the Ascot experience?
The more aligned you get on these six questions, the more aligned your team will be. The more aligned they are, the more likely the broader team will communicate and execute consistently.

Looking ahead to our final session of the year, here are the things that you said would be useful.
The session will be a combination of a review of some of the key elements of our work this year and a further exploration of culture and performance.
