This Director's Leadership Development Programme is designed to strengthen how you lead, align and make decisions together, in service of Ascot’s long-term success. I look forward to working with you throughout the programme.
Programme Outcomes
As a result of applying your learning and insights, you will:
Operate as an even more cohesive, high-functioning Board and leadership team
Strengthen alignment across strategy, culture and the experience delivered to guests
Build aligned strategies cross-functionally
Consistently demonstrate the leadership characteristics that build trust, confidence and followership
Lead a culture where accountability is valued, acknowledged, embraced and rewarded
The current plan is for the first three days to focus on the following areas:

Leading and developing high-functioning teams
These themes are designed to strengthen your leadership impact and improve how direction, alignment and accountability flow through the organisation.
The programme will flex as required to reflect your priorities and the needs of the business.
The focus of the fourth day will be shaped as the programme progresses, informed by what will create the greatest impact at that point in time.

Times: Each day will run from 0930 to 1600.
Venue: The workshops will take place in the REL.
What to where are what to bring: You are welcome to wear whatever you are comfortable learning in. Most people choose to dress smart casual.
I will provide a workbook which includes the key models, frameworks and has space for notes and commitments. All you need to do is bring something to write with and loads of energy!
